We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Split. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces, applying coatings and finishes, and ensuring the quality of the finished product.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and removing any debris or old paint
- Apply coatings and finishes using various techniques such as brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Mix paints and other materials to achieve desired colors and textures
- Ensure proper ventilation and safety measures are followed when working with paints and chemicals
- Inspect surfaces for imperfections and make necessary repairs before painting
- Maintain equipment and tools used for painting, ensuring they are clean and in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites
- Communicate with team members to coordinate projects and ensure timely completion

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Painter or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, finishes, and their application techniques
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for design and color matching
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy equipment/materials if necessary
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required

Beneficial Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable
- Familiarity with various industrial surfaces such as metal, concrete, or wood
- Ability to read technical drawings/blueprints
- Knowledge of different surface preparation methods
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
