Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in St-Petersburg. Your primary role will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to building codes, safety regulations, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for commercial spaces
- Develop design concepts that are both functional and visually appealing
- Create detailed blueprints and construction plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Oversee construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to identify any potential issues or changes needed during construction
- Stay updated on building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members throughout the design and construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary: 1200$

Location: St-Petersburg (accommodation provided)
