Commercial Architect

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing commercial building projects in St. Petersburg. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their business objectives. Your role will involve creating detailed plans and drawings, overseeing the construction process, and ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met. You will collaborate with a team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong project management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements, budgets, timelines, etc.
- Develop conceptual designs and present them to clients for approval
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design process
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality standards are met

- Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction
and make necessary modifications
- Regularly communicate updates to clients on project progress
and address any concerns or questions they may have
- Manage project budgets and timelines
to ensure projects are completed within budget
and on schedule
