Loader Operator


A reputable construction company in Lahore is seeking an experienced Loader Operator to join our team. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating loaders in a construction setting and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, operating heavy machinery, and maintaining equipment. This job requires physical labor and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials on construction sites
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Report any issues or concerns with equipment to supervisor

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Loader Operator in a construction setting
- Ability to operate loaders safely and efficiently
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for heavy machinery
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating loaders in tight or confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Ability to speak Urdu or Punjabi
- Familiarity with basic computer skills
