Junior Data Analyst in Alta, Norway


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our data analytics team in Alta, Norway. As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decision-making. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without prior experience in data analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with team members to develop data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, experience with programming languages (Python, R) is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month
