Data Analyst



Our growing data analytics firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help inform business decisions and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends
- Develop data models and algorithms to improve data accuracy
- Create reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide insights based on data analysis
- Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations based on data insights

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, or SAS
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working with large datasets and databases is preferred

We offer competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position. Accommodation can be provided for non-local candidates. This job also requires candidates to have their own visa.
