Job Title: Team Lead - Kolding


As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of individuals in the city of Kolding. Your main objective will be to ensure that your team meets their goals and objectives while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and targets
- Motivate and mentor team members to reach their full potential
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure efficient workflow and collaboration
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities
- Resolve conflicts within the team through effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field
