We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Vejle, Denmark. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve managing schedules, delegating tasks, and providing support and guidance to team members. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful team management. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per week.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of employees and ensure they are meeting their goals
- Create schedules for team members and delegate tasks according to their strengths
- Provide support and guidance to team members as needed
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Identify areas for improvement within the team and implement necessary changes
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of successful team management
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana or Trello is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position based in Vejle, Denmark. The working hours may vary depending on project deadlines but are typically Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per week.
