Carpenter - Construction and Renovation Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in Herning, Denmark. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and renovating various structures, including buildings, houses, and furniture. Your primary duty will be to use your expertise to turn designs and plans into functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, marking gauges, or pencils
- Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools such as saws, chisels, drills, or sanders
- Assemble and fasten materials using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs or roofs according to specifications
- Repair damaged structures by replacing damaged parts or making necessary adjustments
- Work with other construction professionals such as electricians and plumbers to complete projects
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while working on site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter in construction and renovation projects
- Proficient in using various carpentry tools and equipment
- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints accurately
- Good math skills for measuring materials accurately
- Physical stamina to work for extended periods of time while standing or bending
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a relevant carpentry training program. Visa sponsorship is available for non-EU citizens. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month with accommodation provided.
