Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Esbjerg. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and expertise in statistical and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and develop data analysis plans accordingly
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop predictive models and other statistical techniques to uncover insights from data
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Continuously monitor data quality and provide recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new tools or methods into analysis processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business setting
- Proficiency in statistical software such as R or Python
- Experience with SQL databases and data querying languages
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically about complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
