Floral Designer

As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday orders. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life through your creative designs. Your role will also involve sourcing and ordering flowers, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the freshness and quality of all floral products.

To excel in this role, you must have a passion for flowers and design, as well as excellent artistic skills. Previous experience in a florist or similar role is preferred. You should also have strong communication and customer service skills to effectively interact with clients and fulfill their floral needs.

As our ideal candidate, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours is necessary as this job may require working on weekends or holidays. Proficiency in floral arrangement techniques and knowledge of different flower types is also essential.
