Are you a skilled florist with a passion for creating beautiful floral arrangements? Our busy flower shop in Roskilde is seeking an experienced florist to join our team immediately. As a full-time employee, you will use your creative talents to design and arrange unique bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements according to customer requests and seasonal trends
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers and supplies
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their flower selections and providing recommendations
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with processing online orders and deliveries
- Train and supervise junior florists when necessary

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional florist
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends
