A reputable retail company in Manama is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join their team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the proper display of products and promoting sales. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in merchandising and a strong eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the buying team to plan and execute product displays that reflect current trends and promotions
- Ensure that all products are correctly priced, labeled, and displayed according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations
- Arrange displays in an attractive and organized manner to entice customers and maximize sales
- Conduct regular store visits to assess the effectiveness of displays and make necessary adjustments
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail with a creative eye for design
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
