Project Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Moscow. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a track record of successfully managing projects. This is a contract position with accommodation provided for non-local candidates. Freshers with relevant qualifications are also welcome to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate, and manage projects according to client requirements
- Define project scope, goals, timeline, and deliverables
- Identify key milestones and allocate resources accordingly
- Create project plans, schedules, budgets, and monitor progress
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly
- Manage project risks and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Lead project meetings and provide guidance to the team
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Conduct performance evaluations of team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian language proficiency is a plus)
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana
- Knowledge of project management techniques such as Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success
