Industrial Architect (Utena, Egypt)

We are in search of a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena, Egypt. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to safety and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals for industrial buildings
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials for construction, considering cost, durability, and sustainability
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that design specifications are being followed
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent project management skills
- Effective communication skills

This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Applicants must have a biometric passport and be available for urgent projects. Experience in industrial architecture is required.
