We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team in Mombasa. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts together. Your primary duty will be to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications, then operate welding equipment to fabricate and repair metal products.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Knowledge of different welding techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and precision while working with metals
- Physical stamina and strength to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and welding specifications
- Operate various welding equipment such as gas torches, electric arc welders, and plasma cutters
- Fabricate or repair metal products by following specific welding techniques
- Inspect welded surfaces for defects and perform necessary repairs
- Follow safety guidelines while working with hazardous materials
- Maintain clean work area by cleaning tools, machines, and work surfaces
