Sales Representative for Indian Market in Mombasa
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Mombasa. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products specifically to the Indian market. Your main goal will be to increase sales and build strong relationships with our Indian clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Indian clients
- Identify new sales opportunities within the Indian market
- Present, promote, and sell our products to Indian clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with Indian clients
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to reach sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities in the Indian market
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies for the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive for achieving targets
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Mombasa and potentially outside of Kenya if needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month plus commissions based on sales performance.
Location:
This position is based in Mombasa but may require occasional travel within Kenya or outside of the country.
Note: This position is open exclusively for candidates from India or those with extensive experience working within the Indian market. Fluency in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
