Body Repair Master

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team in Almada. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes working with a variety of tools and techniques to remove dents, replace parts, and apply paint or other finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of damaged vehicles and develop repair plans
- Use various hand and power tools to remove dents, rust, and other imperfections
- Replace damaged parts such as panels, doors, fenders, and bumpers
- Apply paint or other finishes using spray guns or brushes
- Ensure all repairs are completed to meet safety and quality standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Train and supervise junior body repair technicians as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in auto body repair preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Body Repair Master in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structure, mechanics, and safety regulations
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools for repairing vehicles
- Skilled in applying paint or other finishes to achieve desired results
- Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Good physical stamina for working on vehicles for extended periods of time
