Concierge Supervisor

We are seeking a professional and experienced Concierge Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our concierge team at our luxury hotel in the beautiful Faroe Islands. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the concierge team, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests by the concierge team
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to assist guests with inquiries and recommendations
- Oversee the organization and coordination of guest requests, transportation arrangements, and special amenities
- Monitor inventory levels for necessary supplies and equipment for the concierge desk
- Develop strong relationships with local businesses to provide guests with exclusive experiences and services
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably as a concierge supervisor or front desk manager
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- Customer-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preference will be given to candidates who are native English speakers or have previous work experience in the Faroe Islands. As this role involves interacting with guests from various backgrounds, cultural sensitivity and adaptability are essential qualities for success.
