We are searching for a motivated and skilled Personal Trainer to join our team in Shanghai. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions to clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals and limitations
- Create personalized workout plans that align with the client's fitness level, goals, and preferences
- Provide one-on-one training sessions with clients, focusing on proper form, technique, and motivation
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and provide guidance on healthy eating habits
- Maintain a clean and safe training environment at all times
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and certifications

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach preferred but not required
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, physiology, and nutrition
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual needs
and limitations
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Certification in personal training or related field preferred
