Formwork Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Formwork Specialist to join our team in Bergen. As a Formwork Specialist, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork systems for concrete structures. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Construct and assemble formwork systems using various materials such as wood, steel, and aluminum
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all measurements and cuts
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install formwork components
- Work closely with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and concrete finishers, to ensure timely completion of projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area at all times
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker or related role
- Valid biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Strong understanding of construction plans and blueprints
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Formworking or related field from a recognized institution
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or industrial projects
- Familiarity with various types of formwork systems and their applications

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Bergen, Norway. However, we welcome applicants from other nationalities who have the necessary qualifications.
