Part-time Architectural Designer


As a part-time Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various building projects in the city of Horsens. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into detailed plans and drawings. Your role will involve utilizing your creative skills, technical knowledge, and attention to detail to produce high-quality designs that meet all necessary regulations and standards. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and budget limitations
- Create detailed architectural plans, 3D models, and construction drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and measurements for accurate design development
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.
