Construction Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Triesen, Liechtenstein. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of construction professionals. You must also have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Please note that this position requires working without accommodation and previous experience is not required but preferred. Indian nationals or candidates with English language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project plans including budgets, schedules, and resources
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and approve expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Hire, train, and manage construction personnel as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong budget management skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Proficiency in English (required)
- Indian nationality (preferred)
