Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Triesen. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating all phases of the project, from initial design to final completion. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Additionally, you will be expected to liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects, including design, procurement, construction, and completion
- Develop detailed project schedules and budgets
- Monitor progress against schedule and budget, identifying any potential issues or delays
- Oversee the work of contractors to ensure quality standards are met
- Manage procurement processes for materials and equipment
- Communicate with clients on project progress, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any on-site issues or concerns.
