Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Vejle, Denmark


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Vejle on a part-time basis. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Communicate effectively with project team members, stakeholders, and clients

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent planning, budgeting, and time management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and other technical documents
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is preferred
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one is required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
