Barista

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to company standards
- Ensure quality control by monitoring the brewing process, maintaining cleanliness of equipment, and using fresh ingredients
- Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain a tidy cash register area
- Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including tables, counters, and equipment
- Inform customers about our products, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Uphold high standards of customer service by resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional training or certification in coffee making is an advantage
- At least 1 year of experience as a barista in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, roasts, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds

Salary: $1200 per month
