Filipino Chef in Ar-Ruwais, English Speaking


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Filipino Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais. As a chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes that meet our customers' high expectations. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work well under pressure will be essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare menu items according to recipes and customer requests
- Monitor food supplies and order ingredients as needed
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Train kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or specials
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef, preferably in a high-end or fine dining establishment
- Proficient in English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is a must; experience with other international cuisines is a plus
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train others effectively
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with potential bonuses based on performance.
