Blast Furnace Operator
As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring a blast furnace in a steel production plant. Your duties will include preparing raw materials, controlling temperature and pressure levels, and monitoring the quality of the molten metal produced. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the production process. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a hot and noisy environment. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are open to training motivated individuals with no prior experience. This is a contract position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Nairobi, Kenya and have a valid work permit. Fluency in English is not required for this job, but basic communication skills are necessary. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the steel industry. Salary starts at $1700 per month.
