IT Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to join our team in Vianden. As an IT Manager, your main responsibility will be to oversee the information technology needs of our company. You will be responsible for managing our technical infrastructure, implementing new systems and technologies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our IT operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's objectives
- Manage and maintain the company's technical infrastructure including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Ensure the security of company data by implementing appropriate security measures and protocols
- Provide technical support to staff on hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of network administration, database management, and system security
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino or other languages are a plus)

Salary: 1300$ (negotiable based on experience)
