A reputable architecture firm in Vianden is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for the preservation and restoration of historical buildings, monuments, and structures. Your role will involve conducting thorough assessments of structures, developing preservation plans, and overseeing restoration projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, open to both Indian nationals and English-speaking applicants.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proven experience in preservation architecture
- Strong knowledge of historical preservation techniques and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Willingness to travel for project sites as needed

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and assessments of historical structures
- Develop preservation plans in compliance with local regulations and guidelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute restoration projects
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct research on historical significance of structures and incorporate findings into preservation plans
