Concrete Construction Worker

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Construction Worker to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Kenya. This is a contract job with a salary of $1400 per month. As a Concrete Construction Worker, you will be responsible for the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete for various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in concrete work and be able to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment. Visa sponsorship is available for non-Kenyan applicants.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms, mix concrete, and pour and finish concrete according to project specifications
- Operate hand and power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
- Smooth and level freshly poured concrete using trowels or floats
- Apply curing or hardening compounds to cure concrete
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in concrete work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid work permit or ability to obtain visa sponsorship
