Indian Chef in Triesen


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Triesen. As our Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes for our restaurant. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen staff and ensuring that food is prepared to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes
- Create new and innovative dishes while maintaining the authenticity of Indian cuisine
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all food is prepared and presented according to established standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new dishes while maintaining authentic flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Fluent in English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, based on experience.

This position is located in Triesen, a picturesque town situated in the beautiful country of Liechtenstein. The town offers a peaceful atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.
