Facade Technician

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Gujrat. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building facades, including glass panels, cladding, and other architectural elements. You must have at least 2 years of experience in facade installation and repair, preferably in a construction or building maintenance setting. This is an urgent job and we are offering a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building facades according to project plans
- Ensure proper sealing and waterproofing of facades
- Cut and fit glass panels, cladding, and other materials to size
- Use specialized tools and equipment to install facades safely and efficiently
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation and repair
- Knowledge of various types of facade materials and their installation techniques
- Ability to read project plans and blueprints
- Basic understanding of construction principles
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills
