Waiter/Waitress - Fine Dining



We are a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Sofia, seeking a professional and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their overall dining experience is nothing short of perfection.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist with table set-up, including silverware and glassware polishing
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, etc.
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter/waitress in a fine dining establishment
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wine pairing and menu items
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
