Loader Supervisor (Doha)


We are in need of a Loader Supervisor for our busy warehouse in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient loading of goods onto our vehicles. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating the loading team to ensure timely and accurate loading of goods
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed during the loading process
- Inspecting goods to ensure they are properly loaded and secured
- Maintaining accurate records of loaded goods and reporting any discrepancies
- Training and mentoring new loaders as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a loader or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety guidelines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work long hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
