Senior Merchandiser - Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Merchandiser to join our dynamic team in Karachi. As a Senior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire merchandising process, from product development to delivery. Your main objective will be to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the design team to develop new products and collections
- Source materials and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Conduct quality control checks on all products before shipment
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer demands and plan accordingly
- Analyze market trends and make recommendations for product improvements or new launches
- Manage product pricing, margins, and inventory levels
- Train and mentor junior merchandisers as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a merchandiser in the fashion industry
- Strong knowledge of textiles, garment production processes, and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
