IT Manager - Vejle, Denmark

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure in Vejle, Denmark. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our technology is up-to-date, efficient, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans that align with the company's overall goals
- Manage all hardware and software systems, including servers, networks, and databases
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of IT products and services
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems to minimize downtime
- Train employees on proper use of technology tools and systems to increase efficiency
- Monitor system performance and security to identify potential issues or vulnerabilities
- Develop disaster recovery plans in case of system failures or cyber attacks
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make informed recommendations for improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Familiarity with various operating systems, databases, networks, and security protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
