Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Vilnius. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing insights and recommendations to drive business decisions. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of data using various tools and techniques
- Develop data models and algorithms to identify patterns and trends
- Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Develop customized solutions to address specific data needs
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy of analysis results
- Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related role
- Proficient in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1500 per month

Location: Vilnius (Malayalees preferred)

Note: This is a full-time position with free visa sponsorship and flight ticket. Accommodation is not provided.
