Junior Formworker



Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a junior formworker to join our team in Faisalabad. As a formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures, such as foundations, walls, and columns. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with minimal experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up formwork according to blueprints and specifications
- Pour and spread concrete into formwork using various tools and techniques
- Smooth and finish surfaces of concrete using hand or power tools
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, and other fixtures in the concrete structure
- Remove forms after the concrete has set and clean equipment and work area
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Previous experience in construction or carpentry preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for long periods of time
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Salary:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of 1600$ per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required depending on project deadlines. This role does not include accommodation.
