Junior Florist

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Florist to join our team in Porto. As a Junior Florist, you will work alongside experienced florists to design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. You will also assist with customer consultations, orders, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior florists with creating and arranging floral designs
- Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Prepare flowers and other materials for arrangements
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all floral designs meet quality standards
- Assist with pricing and packaging of floral arrangements
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and creativity
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and their care requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
- Previous experience in a floral shop or related field is preferred but not required
