We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of our company's network and computer systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in both network and systems administration, as well as strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform regular maintenance on network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Configure and maintain servers for optimum performance
- Install and upgrade software on company computers
- Respond to user inquiries regarding network or system issues
- Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
- Create backup protocols to ensure data protection
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP protocols, VPNs
- Experience with server management (Windows Server, Linux)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
