Pastry Chef
As a highly skilled Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating delectable desserts and pastries for our restaurant in Horsens. You must have at least 5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, with a focus on pastry arts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and breads
- Decorate and present desserts in an appealing and creative manner
- Follow recipes accurately and ensure consistency in taste and appearance
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different pastry techniques and ingredients
- Creativity and artistic skills to design visually appealing desserts
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
City: Horsens (Danish nationality preferred, but not required)
