Housekeeping Manager for Indian Candidates in Umm-Said



We are hiring a Housekeeping Manager to oversee all aspects of housekeeping operations in our hotel located in Umm-Said. As a Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms, public areas, and back office spaces. This position is open to Indian candidates who are fluent in English and have previous experience in housekeeping management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to ensure high levels of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure proper coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular inspections of all guest rooms, public areas, and back office spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Monitor inventory levels for cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance departments to address guest requests or issues related to housekeeping.
- Develop and maintain a budget for the housekeeping department, including labor and supply costs.
- Maintain records of room occupancy rates, housekeeping productivity, lost & found items, and maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations by conducting regular training sessions for staff.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing for cleaning supplies.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures & best practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks

Salary: 1100$ per month
