Housekeeping Manager



As the Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the housekeeping department in our luxury hotel located in Umm-Said, Qatar. Your main duties will include managing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance throughout the hotel, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ordering new items as needed
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet quality standards
- Oversee laundry operations and ensure timely delivery of guest requests
- Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the housekeeping department

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
