An established industrial painting company in Osijek is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing and painting various industrial surfaces such as metal, concrete, and wood. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and cleaning
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, and brushing
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades
- Ensure proper adhesion of paint by following manufacturer's instructions
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance
- Maintain painting equipment and tools in good working condition
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one if not from Croatia
