IT Manager

We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and drive the development and implementation of new systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with the company's objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring smooth functioning of all systems
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay updated with new technologies and trends in the industry to enhance company's technology capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions for efficiency improvement
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for hardware, software, and services
- Monitor budget for IT expenses and make recommendations for cost savings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, cloud computing, database management, etc.
- Proven experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
