We are searching for a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Khanpur. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients who are experiencing issues with their computer systems or software. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new software and computer equipment
- Train clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Salary:
