Job Title: Computer Support Specialist


Our rapidly growing IT company in Khanpur is seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and networks run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month, with accommodation provided (biometric passport preferred).

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on various devices such as laptops, desktops, printers, and routers
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Perform regular maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Keep track of all support requests and document solutions for future reference
- Collaborate with team members to identify recurring issues and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and peripherals
- Solid understanding of troubleshooting techniques and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Certifications in relevant areas such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Biometric passport for easy international travel (not required but preferred)
