We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Oslo, Norway. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications from front-end to back-end. The ideal candidate will have experience with both front-end and back-end development, as well as strong knowledge of programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python. You should also have experience working with databases and be familiar with agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly web applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design and ship new features
- Write clean code and ensure high performance of applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- In-depth understanding of back-end development using languages like Python or Java
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
