Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Nurture existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities
- Train, coach, and motivate sales team members to achieve their full potential
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluency in English is a must
- Ability to work part-time without accommodation
